Director of Finance
David oversees KCF's financial operations and investment management. He previously served as CFO for a regional bank.
Grants Manager
Maria manages all grant cycles and nonprofit relationships. She has deep roots in Kitsap's social services community.
Development Officer
James cultivates donor relationships and manages fundraising initiatives. He joined KCF after a career in wealth management.
Scholarship Coordinator
Sarah administers the scholarship program and mentors student applicants. She is a Kitsap native and former KCF scholarship recipient.
Communications Manager
Rachel leads marketing, storytelling, and community engagement. She is a journalist-turned-nonprofit communicator.
